Halo42 ships products on a Free On Board (FOB) shipping point basis. This means that the risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the buyer once the goods are loaded onto the delivery vehicle at our shipping point.

Halo42 is pleased to offer free standard shipping on orders exceeding $200. This offer is automatically applied to your order at checkout and is only valid for shipments within our standard delivery zones. The Free On Board (FOB) shipping point policy still applies; therefore, the risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to the buyer once the goods are loaded onto the delivery vehicle.

 

  1. Shipping Costs for Orders Under $200

 

For orders under $200, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs, including insurance, freight charges, and any additional fees associated with transportation. The cost may vary depending on the destination, the weight of the package, and the speed of the shipping service selected.

 

  1. Freight Carriers

 

Halo42 has partnerships with several reputable freight carriers. We will select an appropriate carrier to ensure your products are delivered in a timely and safe manner. However, customers have the option to nominate their own carrier if they prefer.

 

  1. Shipping Insurance

 

Shipping insurance is recommended to protect against the risk of loss or damage during transportation. It is the buyer’s responsibility to procure and pay for insurance on the goods being shipped. Halo42 will not be responsible for insuring the shipment unless expressly agreed upon in writing prior to shipping.

Once your order has been shipped, Halo42 will provide you with the tracking number and carrier information so you can monitor your shipment's progress. It is important to note that any questions or concerns related to the transit of the goods should be directed to the carrier once the goods have left our shipping point.

Delivery times are dependent upon the carrier's policy and the final destination. Halo42 will provide an estimated delivery time frame; however, we do not guarantee delivery dates as they are subject to change due to factors beyond our control.

 

  1. International Shipments

 

For international shipments, the buyer is responsible for all customs, duties, taxes, and fees upon arrival in the destination country. Halo42 will not be liable for delays due to customs processing.

 

  1. Receipt of Goods

 

Upon delivery, it is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the goods and confirm their condition. Any claims for damage or loss during shipment should be directed to the carrier, as Halo42 relinquishes all responsibility for the goods upon the transfer to the carrier at our shipping point.

 

  1. Returns and Refunds

 

Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy for information on returning products. It is important to note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of a promotional offer of free shipping.
